The boundary notes are part of the sale in the narrow sense that we keep the corners current. They are not a warranty.
Texts are optional and never a condition of any purchase.
No disease claims. The goods are dietary supplements.

What follows is the agreement between you and BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC. (EIN 55-0811830), which trades as BRONSON NUTRITIONALS and operates boundlesshealthsystems.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Who may buy

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and 18 or over to consent to messages from us. Using the site is your representation that you are, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Supplement status and limits

Boundary Line is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. Consent to receive text messages

Where you give a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that BRONSON NUTRITIONALS may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. What that commits each side to is set out below.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency is not fixed and varies with promotions and activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to end the messages.
Reply HELP at any time to reach support.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 90 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to line@boundlesshealthsystems.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Ownership of the content

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC. or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of New York, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in New York. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this page. Amendments take effect on publication, carry a revised date, and apply to use of the site from then on. An order already placed stays governed by the version in force at the time.

Corners, price, and a withdrawn lot

BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC. publishes each corner’s mark, bearing and distance, and updates those notes the day a corner is restaked.
The price that applies is the one named when the order is confirmed. A later change does not reopen a confirmed order.
A lot that fails release is not shipped. If a shipped lot is withdrawn, we write to the customers on the order record and refund without waiting for the bottle.
